Art Appreciation Time

With weeks of waiting in anticipation, I finally received permission to upload the last of my self-portrait images! (Yay!) Being an avid fan of artwork, I thought it prudent to display an image that focuses more on the artwork than myself. This would explain the focus of vibrant colors on the two subjects in the image: Flame Princess and Finn the Human. This brings me to my next fun fact about myself: I am a huge fan of three cartoon series that are running simultaneously at the present: Gravity Falls, Regular Show, and, of course, Adventure Time. And yes...I ship these characters. XD

Jokes aside though, this picture means a lot to me as it captures, in my opinion, the fact that I truly view art as a living more than a job or commodity. This couldn't be personified better, as the artist behind this image is none other than the wonderfully talented Parrot4a (the "person that is very close to me" that I spoke of in the second to last image of this photo grouping). I would like to take the time to thank her and all of the wonderful people who take the time to peruse my gallery. You guys make the DeviantArt community the awesome place that it is! (^_^)
